Job Description:

As a Security Patrol Driver at a Mall Center in Huntington Beach, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and tenants. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will communicate professionally, respond to security-related concerns, and support a welcoming environment while demonstrating Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.

Job Requirements:

Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting security-related concerns, hazards, and policy violations according to site procedures.
Maintain detailed and accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
