A well-established apartment community in Hollywood, CA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for a dependable and skilled individual who takes pride in delivering quality maintenance services and excellent resident support.

Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Hollywood, CA
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities
Complete daily maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Perform apartment make-ready and unit turn services.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general maintenance issues.
Perform basic HVAC troubleshooting and preventative maintenance (experience preferred).
Repair and install appliances, fixtures, doors, locks, and hardware.
Complete minor carpentry and drywall patching as needed.
Maintain the overall appearance and safety of the apartment community.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance throughout the property.
Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests.
Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and communicate effectively with the property management team.
Qualifications
Previous apartment maintenance experience is required.
Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
HVAC knowledge is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional attitude with excellent communication skills.
