Reading and understanding blueprints.
Set up and produce parts on manual lathes and Milling Machines.
Understanding Feeds and Speeds

Maintain equipment, quality, and safety standards.
Maintain a clean workspace and tools.
Able to listen, take notes, and follow instructions.
Able to work in a team.
Experience with hand tools and power tools.
Measurement skills with calipers and micrometers.
Knowledge of CNC machine operations is a plus.
Work independently, with little to no supervision.
Deburring Skillset.
Understand elementary trigonometry.
