Live-in Caregivers needed for RCFE 3-4 DAYS - Claremont, CA

Job Description:
We are seeking a Live-In Caregiver to join our team 3-4 days a week. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on care, supervision, and assistance with daily living activities to our elderly residents. This is not a 1 on 1 caregiving position, you will be working with another caregiver at a 6 bed care-home in Claremont CA.

Responsibilities:
Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.)


Prepare and serve nutritious meals


Maintain cleanliness and organization of the home


Offer companionship and emotional support


Assist residents with mobility and safety needs


Follow individual care plans and report changes in condition to supervisor


Provide companionship and emotional support.


Help with medication reminders and documentation (training provided).


Keep the home clean, safe, and comfortable.


Support residents in social and recreational activities.

Follow all RCFE care standards and licensing rules.

What We’re Looking For:
Must be 18 years or older.
RCFE caregiving experience preferred.
Current CPR and First Aid certification. (or willingness to obtain)
Health screening and TB test (or willingness to obtain).
Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan) through Community Care Licensing.


Strong communication and teamwork skills.


Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.


Must be willing to stay on-site while working your work week, must be able to work flexible days as needed. NOT A FULL LIVE-IN POSITION, MUST GO HOME ON DAYS OFF.
Open availability is a must.
