ANTICIPATED SELECTION PROCESS (WHICH MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE):

The District reserves the right to utilize a flexible pass point (cut-off) on any test part to meet the staffing needs as determined by the District.

TRAINING & EXPERIENCE EVALUATION: The District reserves the right to utilize a training and experience evaluation. Applicant materials will be competitively reviewed and those candidates whose qualifications most closely meet the District's needs will proceed with the recruitment process (Pass/Fail).

ORAL EXAMINATION: The oral examination portion of the test may have multiple steps which may be administered on different days (100% of total score).

Job Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university is required.
Equivalent to three (3) years of increasingly responsible and complex work experience in providing psychotherapy to children.
Experience in the K-12 public educational setting is desirable and preference may be given to candidates who meet this criterion.
Computer experience, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management programs is required.
Any other combination of education, training, and experience, which demonstrates that the applicant is likely to possess the required skills, knowledge, or abilities, may be considered.
