| Job Description: | We’re looking for an experienced QA / OASIS Coordinator to join our home health office.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review OASIS documentation with assessing clinicians.
Prepare and update Plans of Care (485), physician orders, and recertifications.
Review nursing and therapy notes.
Follow up on missing documents, corrections, and physician signatures.
Keep patient charts complete and ready for billing. |
| Job Requirements: |
Previous home health QA experience.
Strong working knowledge of Axxess.
Experience preparing OASIS documentation, 485s, and physician orders.
Good English communication skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
