* Collaborate with Assistant Ethics Officer, Deputy Ethics Officer, and staff to participate in investigations of alleged misconduct and ethics policy violations. 

     * Evaluate existing ethics policies and initiatives to make recommendations that strengthen oversight and effectiveness. 

     * Research trends in government laws, internal policies, and professional ethics and oversight practices. 

     * Prepare statistical and narrative reports to support government reporting requirements and monitor the progress of Ethics Office initiatives. 

     * Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to employment and ethics-related activities. 

     * Assess key procedural factors, including due process protections, confidentiality of information, and protection of sources.
