. Safely transport passengers in wheelchairs and ambulatory settings to medical appointments, dialysis centers, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities

. Maintain accurate trip logs, pick-up/drop-off times, and required documentation

. Communicate professionally with dispatch, clients, caregivers, and medical staff

. Provide courteous, respectful, and compassionate service to all passengers, including elderly and disabled individuals

. Provide door-to-door or curb-to-curb assistance as required by service level

. Assist passengers in and out of vehicles using proper lifting and transfer techniques (wheelchair, gurney if applicable)
Secure wheelchairs using approved tie-down systems and ensure passenger safety restraints are properly used
