We offer Home Health and/or Hospice Quality Assurance services. At Ana Consulting Services LLC. we provide a quality assurance package for home healths / hospices with the upmost care and quality. We work primarily remotely, but can service in office for a set amount of time. We service the Los Angeles and San Bernandino area. Our packages include the following:
- Aiding with finding nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other disciplines - Diagnosing system issues - Coding - 485 & OASIS Completion - Review of all LVN, PT, OT, and other discipline notes to be done correctly and up to Medicare/Medical standards - OASIS Submissions (If necessary) - Review of Completed Charts.
Miscallaneous Packages we offer are: - System Setup (DataSoftLogic (DSL), Synergy, Kinser, Axxess, HomeHealthMD, HospiceMD) - Chart Preperation for surveys - One-Time Consultations on Home Health chart status and overall functioning. - ADR chart reviews and fixing
