Looking for QA/QI RN position (remote) for Hospice or Home Health

Have over 10 years of office and clinical/field experience in Hospice and Home Health. Hard working and reliable team worker. Know the process well from admission to DC in accordance with Medicare guidelines. Able to do CM, check SOC/Oasises, write orders and communication notes, IDG, POC for Hospice with updates, know very well different supplies and DME needed to order for various procedures/ wound care.
